The Ingredients need to make Lemongrass Chilli Chicken Stir-fry:
  1. You need 500-600 g of Chicken Thigh Fillets 500 to 600g cut into small pieces
  2. You need 1 of Large Onion thinly sliced
  3. It’s 1 tablespoon of Canola Oil
  4. It’s of <Sauce Ingredients>
  5. It’s 2 tablespoons of Lemon Grass OR ‘Lemon Grass Paste’ finely chopped
  6. You need 2 cloves of Garlic finely chopped
  7. You need 1-2 of Chilli finely chopped, OR Chilli Flakes as required
  8. Prepare 2 tablespoons of Sugar
  9. Prepare 2 tablespoons of Fish Sauce
Step to make Lemongrass Chilli Chicken Stir-fry:
  1. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat Oil in a frying pan or wok over high heat, cook Chicken and Onion. Add the sauce and cook, stirring well, until the chicken pieces are cooked through.
  3. Serve with freshly cooked rice, and plenty of Coriander leaves if you enjoy them.
