The Ingredients needed to make Vegetable Fried Rice:
- You need 3 cups of Cooked Rice chilled
- You need 1 tbsp of Sesame OIl
- Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic cloves Finely Chopped
- It’s 1 tsp of Ginger Finely Chopped
- It’s 1/4 cup of Onion Finely Chopped
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Bell Peppers Finely Chopped
- You need 1/4 cup of Carrot Finely Chopped
- It’s 1/4 cup of Beans Thinly Sliced
- Prepare 4 tbsp of Corn
- You need 4 tbsp of Green Peas
- Prepare 2 tsp of Soy Sauce
- It’s 2 tsp of Rice Vinegar
- You need 1 tsp of black pepper powder
- It’s 2 tbsp of Spring Onion Chopped
- You need to taste of Salt
Step to make Vegetable Fried Rice:
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok. Once the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger and fry for a few seconds
- Add onion and spring onion white and fry for 30 secondThen add finely chopped carrot, beans,bell pepper,corn and peas and on a high flame saute for a minute.
- Now add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and salt, mix well. Add chilled cooked rice, pepper powder and toss well on high heat
- Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot with any Indo Chinese side dish.
