The Ingredients needed to make Caramel Cookies Cake:
- Prepare 140 g of Butter
- Prepare 63 g of Brown Sugar
- You need 1 pinch of Salt

- It’s 45 g of Sugar
- You need 60 g of Egg

- You need 190 g of Plain Flour
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking Powder -
- It’s 15 g of Cocoa Powder
- Prepare of ④
- Prepare of Chocolate Chip
- It’s of Caramel Sauce
- Prepare 45 g of Sugar
- It’s 10 g of Water
- You need 35 g of Heavy cream
- You need 1 pinch of Salt
- You need 15 g of Butter
Step to make Caramel Cookies Cake:
- Beat butter, brown sigar and salt with mixer. Add in sugar egg. Add in ③ and ④. Make sure it doesnt beat for too long or else it will be watery
- Prepare Caramel sauce. Double boil your heavy cream and salt. Heat up your sugar and water until it become golden brown color. Add in your heavy cream before it cool down. Add on butter and mix well.
- Bake it for 25 - 30 minutes, 165/150℃
