  2. You need 1/2 tsp of Dashi stock granules
  3. It’s 1 dash of Sesame oil
  4. Prepare 1/4 of Cucumber
  5. It’s 15 grams of Shibazuke
  6. Prepare 1/2 piece of Myoga ginger
  7. Prepare 8 grams of Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
  8. You need 1 of Salted plum
  9. Prepare 1 of Toasted sesame seeds
  10. It’s 1 of Shredded nori seaweed
  11. Prepare 100 ml of Cold green tea
  12. It’s 1 of Wasabi
  13. It’s 1 of Soy sauce
Step to make Summertime Chilled Ochazuke (Rice with Tea) with Dashi Stock Granules:
  1. Finely chop the cucumber (into 3 mm cubes) and rub with a little dashi stock granules and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the shibazuke (about the same size as the cucumbers). Thinly slice the myoga ginger. Rip up the pickled plums by hand and remove the stone.
