The Ingredients need to make Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry:
  1. You need 1 cup of Teriyaki Sauce
  2. It’s 4 tbsp of Soy Sauce
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of Rice Vinegar
  4. It’s 2 tbsp of Cornstarch
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of Water
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp of Canola Oil
  7. Prepare 1 cup of Shredded Carrots
  8. Prepare 2 cup of Fresh Broccoli
  9. It’s 2 of cut Bell Pepper
  10. Prepare 1 can of Baby Corn
  11. You need 1 of cut White Onion
  12. Prepare 3 of Chicken Breast
  13. It’s 1 can of Bean Spouts
Step to make Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry:
  1. Cut Chicken in to small pieces
  2. In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in Whisk into sauce, then set sauce aside for now.
  4. In a large wok over high heat, heat oil and stir-fry the chicken for 3-4 minute
  5. Add vegetables and cook until chicken loses its pink color and vegetables soften.
  6. Strain chicken and vegetables and return to the wok.
  7. Add sauce to wok and cook, stirring, until heated through and sauce is thickened.
  8. Serve over white rice or rice noodle
