The Ingredients need to make Tatsuta Age with Yellow Tail Fish:
- Prepare 2 slice of Yellow tail fish
- It’s 1 clove of ☆Garlic (grated)
- Prepare 1 of knobs worth ☆Ginger (grated)
- It’s 1 tbsp of ☆Soy sauce
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ☆Sake
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of ☆Mirin
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Katakuriko
- Prepare 1 of Frying oil
- You need 1 of Lemon
Step to make Tatsuta Age with Yellow Tail Fish:
- Cut the yellow-tail fish into large bite-sized piece Remove the bone
- Put the ☆ ingredients and the yellow-tail in a bowl, and marinate by working the ingredients into the fish by hand. Set aside for about 15 minute
- Remove the excess sauce with a paper towel.
- Add the katakuriko and coat the fish.
- Heat some oil and deep fry the fish until crispy over medium heat.
- Serve on a plate with lemon. Squeeze the lemon just before eating.
