  7. You need 1 tbsp of Sesame oil
Step to make Horse Mackerel Tatsuta-age (Deep Fried):
  1. Fillet the fish and place in a plastic bag. Add the ☆ ingredients, lightly rub them in, then marinate for about 5 minute
