The Ingredients needed to make Slow Cooker Jambalaya:
  1. You need 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
  2. You need 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of salt
  4. You need 2 tsp of fresh thyme
  5. It’s 12 oz of diced some boneless chicken breast
  6. You need 2 tbsp of veggie oil
  7. It’s 2 medium of chopped onions
  8. You need 2 clove of minced garlic
  9. You need 2 of bell peppers
  10. You need 2 of celery stalks
  11. It’s 2/3 cup of smoked ham
  12. It’s 1 cup of chorizo sausage
  13. Prepare 14 oz of canned chopped tomatoes
  14. You need 1 cup of chicken stock
  15. Prepare 1 lb of frozen cooked shrimp
  16. It’s 3 cup of cooked rice
  17. You need 2 oz of tomato paste
  18. You need 2/3 cup of chives for garnish
  19. It’s 1 cup of sweet corn
Step to make Slow Cooker Jambalaya:
  1. Combine all ingredients, except rice in slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 6 hours or high heat for 3 hour If using raw shrimp add to slow cooker with 30 min remaining.
  2. Cook rice separately.
  3. Mix rice and slow cooker in a large bowl. Keep separate if you are storing the jambalaya.
  4. Portion mixture and garnish with chive
