The Ingredients need to make Ginger Chicken Takikomi Gohan:
  1. Prepare 250-300 g of Chicken thigh fillets recommended, cut into small pieces

  3. You need 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce plus extra after rice is cooked
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Mirin
  5. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
  6. Prepare 2 cups of (180ml cup) Short Grain Rice
  7. It’s 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  8. It’s of Asian Mushrooms optional

  10. Prepare of Toasted Nori, Spring Onion and/or extra Ginger for topping
Step to make Ginger Chicken Takikomi Gohan:
  1. Cut Chicken into small pieces, add Soy Sauce, Mirin, fine strips of Ginger and Sesame Oil, and massage. Set aside for 5-10 minute Note Chicken Mince can be used.
