The Ingredients need to make Baked Matcha Cheesecake:

- It’s 90 g of Butter
- You need 100 g of Cookies
- Prepare 260 g of Cream cheese (we used Philadelphia)
- Prepare 2 of eggs
- Prepare 200 g of cream
- It’s 90 g of White sugar
- You need 35 g of Flour
- Prepare 30 g of Matcha (We used Premium Matcha)
Step to make Baked Matcha Cheesecake:
- Pre-heat oven to 200º.
- Coat the mold with butter.
- Put the cookies in a plastic bag and we break them up.
- In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Put 4. into the mold.
- Heat the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 second
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and suggar.
