Baked Ziti Lasagna Style: This recipe is very similar to how I make my lasagna. Season and brown ground meat (I used salt, pepper and Italian seasoning). I just made it for friends tonight and it was really good and really filling! Instead of ziti I used whole wheat rotini and and in place of ground beef I used ground turkey.

  4. Toss the pasta into the mixture with the marinara, spinach, ricotta, and 1/4 cup of the parmesan.
  5. Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Top with mozzarella and the remaining 1/4 cup parmesan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese melt
