- Now spread mozzarella cheese and sliced olives above the stuffed potatoe
- Apply olive oil on potato boats and on baking tray as well.
- Now put the potato boats in a preheated oven and bake them at 180 degree for about 12–15 min till the cheese melts and turns into golden rusty colour.
- Now take out the baked delicious, healthy and crispy potato boats and serve it schezwan sauce/tomato sauce.
