The Ingredients need to make Sugar Free, Vegan Peanut Cheesecake:
- Prepare of Flour (of choice)
- It’s of Oatmeal
- It’s of Rolled Oats
- You need of Butter (or alternative)
- Prepare of Coconut Sugar
- It’s of Maple Syrup
- It’s of Coconut Cream (scraped from the top of a can of coconut milk)
- You need of Maple Syrup
- You need of Violife Vegan Cream Cheese
- It’s of Peanut Butter
- It’s of Grated Chocolate to top (sugarfree/Vegan)
Step to make Sugar Free, Vegan Peanut Cheesecake:
- Blend Flour, oatmeal, rolled oats, 100g butter, coconut sugar 25ml maple syrup in food processor.
- Press into tin/pan (6-8)
- Bake on 200 for 10 minutes
- Chill when removed from oven
- Topping… Whisk together, Maple syrup, Coconut Cream, Violife and peanut butter.
- Top the chilled base with whipped topping.
- Crumble chopped sugarfree/vegan chocolate over the top.
- Chill serve!
