The Ingredients need to make Maple Candy:

1. Prepare 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup (imitation brands will not suffice, use only 100% pure maple syrup)
2. You need large of bowl of packed clean snow

Step to make Maple Candy:

1. Spray inside of small saucepan with olive oil to prevent sticking.
2. Have a large bowl, sheet pan or wok, etc packed full of clean snow.
3. Bring PURE maple syrup to a slight boil. Use a candy thermometer to reach SOFT BALL stage.
4. Remove from heat and pour into the snow.
5. Allow to set momentarily then break into bite size pieces and enjoy!
