The Ingredients need to make Korean Bean Sprouts (kongnamool-munchim):
  1. It’s 1/2 lb of soy bean sprouts
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  3. You need 1 tsp of sesame oil
  4. It’s 1 tsp of minced garlic or garlic powder
  5. You need 1 pinch of cayenne pepper OR 1 teaspoon of rooster sauce (shown in picture)
  6. It’s 1/4 cup of green onion chopped
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of sesame seeds garnish
  8. It’s 1 tsp of OPTIONAL rice wine vinegar
Step to make Korean Bean Sprouts (kongnamool-munchim):
  1. Rinse the bean sprout
  2. Drop bean sprouts into boiling Either blanch or boil for 5 minute
  3. Drain the bean sprouts and add all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Stir all ingredients in well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to have the soy sauce soak in the sprout
