The Ingredients need to make Matcha Chocolate Truffles:
  1. It’s 100 grams of White chocolate
  2. You need 2 tsp of Matcha
  3. Prepare 40 ml of Heavy cream
  4. It’s 1 of Powdered sugar
Step to make Matcha Chocolate Truffles:
  1. Line the tray with parchment paper.
  2. Add the chocolate, matcha, and heavy cream into a heatproof bowl, and microwave for about 1 minute to melt.
  3. Pour the mixture into the tray. Drop it onto the counter several times to make it flat, and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours to harden.
  4. Remove from the parchment paper, and cut off the edges with a sharp knife. Cut into 2 cm square piece
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on the surface, and chill in the fridge. If youd like a stronger matcha taste, you can sprinkle with matcha instead.
