The Ingredients needed to make Women’s Day Special -Healthy Vegetable Sandwich:
  1. You need 2 slices of bread
  2. You need 1-2 of small to medium potatoes, boiled and sliced
  3. You need 1 of medium sized beetroot, boiled and thinly sliced
  4. Prepare 1 of cucumber, thinly sliced
  5. Prepare 1 of small to medium onion, 1 small onion finely chopped (for cabbage mixture)
  6. Prepare 1 of medium tomato, thinly sliced
  7. Prepare 1 cup of finely chopped sliced cabbage
  8. It’s 1/2 cup of capsicum, finely chopped
  9. Prepare 3-4 spoon of classic hummus
  10. You need of Butter softened and at room temperature, salted or unsalted, as per preference
  11. You need of chat masala as required
  12. Prepare 1 of Cheese Slice
  13. Prepare of Tomato ketchup to be served with the sandwiches
  14. Prepare of Green Coriander Chutney
Step to make Women’s Day Special -Healthy Vegetable Sandwich:
  1. Take 2 slices of bread and cut into shapes as shown. Apply butter, Tomato ketchup and coriander chutney.
  2. Take a bowl, and add finely chopped capsicum, onion, cabbage and add 3-4 spoons of classic hummus into it. Spread this mixture on bread.
  3. Place the sliced tomatoes, potatoes, beetroot one by one. Sprinkle some chat masala on them.
  4. Place cucumber, onions and cheese slices one by one. Again sprinkle some chat masala on them.
  5. Cover the sandwich with the other bread slice
  6. Serve this healthy vegetable sandwich after garnishing with onion rings with the cabbage mixture and coriander chutney.
