The Ingredients need to make French Pate/Stuffed pattie.#fathers day special:

1. It’s 250 gms of minced meat
2. Prepare 1 cup of finely chopped onions
3. You need 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic
4. Prepare 1 tbsp of fennel powder
5. Prepare 2 tsp of pepper powder
6. You need of Salt
7. It’s 500 gms of potatoes
8. Prepare of Butter
9. It’s of Olive oil
10. It’s 1/2 cup of maida
11. It’s 2 of eggs

Step to make French Pate/Stuffed pattie.#fathers day special:

1. Wash potatoes and boil them with skin till they are soft and mushy
2. Once done cool.. Peel the skin and mash potatoes finely till they are smooth and fluffy..set aside
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan..add onions,garlic,fennel and pepper..saute till onions brown..
4. Add the minced meat (beef or mutton) saute till the meat is cooked…check seasoning and remove from stove..
5. To make Pattie.beat the eggs in a bowl.. put the flour in a plate for dusting..
6. Place all ingredients side by side..clean your handtake a small handful of mashed potatoes in your palm flatten it to a round shape..place a tbsp of the cooked meat and fold the mash into a patty.. dust it in the flour to coat evenly on all side.set aside..Repeat till you finish with all the mashed potatoe.
7. Place the patties and beaten eggs side by side…Heat a pan..put a blob of butter..when it melts take a Pattie,dip in the egg wash and put it in the pan.. repeat with a couple..
8. Shallow fry the pattie.till it browns both side.Remove and place it on a kichen towel / tissue to drain excess fat.. Repeat with the remaining pattie.
9. Serve hot..Bon Appetite
