The Ingredients need to make Tempura Crumbs and Salted Konbu Rice Balls:
  1. You need 200 grams of Hot cooked white rice
  2. It’s 1 tbsp of Tempura crumbs
  3. You need 1/2 tbsp of Mentsuyu (concentrate)
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of Shio-kombu
  5. It’s 1 tsp of Sesame seeds
  6. You need 2 of leaves Shiso leaves
  7. It’s 1 of Salt (to taste)
Step to make Tempura Crumbs and Salted Konbu Rice Balls:
  1. Mix the tempura crumbs with the mentsuyu to flavor. Finely julienne the shiso leave
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the rice. Put some water and salt on your hands and form the rice into ball
  3. If the tempura crumbs dont absorb the mentsuyu, then just add some more crumb
  4. Or add the mentsuyu a little at a time and stop when the crumbs have been sufficiently soaked.
