The Ingredients need to make Homemade Tempura:
  1. It’s of [Tempura Flour]
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of Flour
  3. Prepare 2 tablespoon of Corn Starch
  4. You need 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
  5. It’s 100 of ml(4oz) Water
  6. You need 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Water
  8. It’s of [Temputa]
  9. You need 1 of Carrot
  10. You need 1/3 of Onion
  11. Prepare 1 of Potato
  12. You need of (Your favorite vegetables/seafood)
Step to make Homemade Tempura:
  1. Place flour, cornstarch, baking powder in a bowl then mix it. Add 100ml water and mix it.
  2. Add sesame oil and mix it, then add 1 TBS water and mix it again.
  3. Next, slice the carrot, onion, and potato like this picture. Then heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
  4. Put the potatoes in a tempura flour batter and cover them with the batter.
  5. Deep fry them until it’s golden and crispy.
