The Ingredients need to make Day Before Payday Shephards Pie:

1. It’s 1 lb of ground beef
2. Prepare 10 of servings instant mashed potatoes
3. You need 4 cups of ketchup (more or less)
4. It’s 1 can of whole corn
5. It’s 1 can of green beans
6. You need 1/4 cup of sour cream
7. It’s 1/4 cup of butter
8. You need 2 cups of shredded sharp cheese (more or less)

Step to make Day Before Payday Shephards Pie:

1. Brown hamburger meat and season to taste. I use salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder worshestire.
2. While meat is cooking, prepare your mashed potatoes according to instruction When done add butter and sour cream (it makes it taste better) and mix well.
3. When meat is done cooking, drain and pour in a large bowl. Add ketchup and veggie Stir together very well.
4. Pour meat mixture into a 9x13 baking dish, then top with mashed potatoe
5. Bake COVERED on 350 for 30 minute Take out of the oven, add the cheese on top of the mashed potatoes and bake UNCOVERED for about 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
6. Serve warm with a salad on the side 👌
