The Ingredients need to make Independence Day #Cake:

1. It’s of Sponge cake ingredients
2. You need 2 cup of maida (250 gm)
3. It’s 1 cup of butter (100 gm)
4. It’s 4 of eggs
5. Prepare 2 cup of powdered sugar (200 gm)
6. It’s 2 tbs of baking powder
7. It’s 1/2 tbs of baking soda
8. You need 1 tbs of vanilla es
9. Prepare 2 tbs of Cocoa powder
10. Prepare 1/3 cup of milk
11. You need 1 tbs of vinegar
12. You need of Green food color
13. It’s of Frosting ingredients
14. Prepare 200 ml of wippy cream
15. You need 2 tbs of icing sugar
16. It’s of Green color
17. It’s of Cake crumbs

Step to make Independence Day #Cake:

1. Aik bowl mein butter or powdered sugar dal ke beat kar lein. Phr iss mein eggs r vanilla es dal ke itna beat karein ke smooth r creamy ban jaye
2. Aik bowl mein dry ingredients (maida, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder) dal ke mix kar lein… Warm milk mein vinegar r green food clr add kar ke mix karein r 5 minutes rakh dein.
3. Ab eggs mixture mein dry ingredients and green buttermilk dal aik direction mein roll kar lein. Now batter is ready for bake.
4. 2 cake(1 small and other large) pan ly ke ossy oil sy grease kar lein r koi iss mein paper bicha lein. Ab in dono pan mein half half batter transfer kar dein. R kitchen slab py tab karein ta ke air bubbles nikl jaen.
5. Bake it for 45 minutes in preheat pressure cooker. After that sponge cake is ready.
6. Now prep of frosting. Cream ko 15 sy 20 minutes take beat kar lein sath mein icing sugar mein add kar lein. Itna beat karein ke apny volume mein double r thick ho jaye.
7. Bary cake ko full cream sy cover kar ke opr chota cake ka slice rakh ke oss py b cream lagadein. Pora cake cream sy cover kar dein.
8. Ab bchi hui cream mein green food clr mix karein r pipping bag mein dal ke decorate kar dein. R cake crumbs sy flag bana lein.
9. Cake is ready. Celebrate Independence day of Pakistan. Cut into pieces serve and enjoy 😍😍
