1. It’s 5 of sardin in tomato sauce
2. Prepare 1 cup of ready to used mix kfc flour
3. You need of balsamic sardin tomato sauce
4. Prepare 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
5. Prepare 1/2 cup of tomato sauce

Step to make Crispy Battered Sardine:

1. remove sardin from tomato sauce
2. slice into half then coat it with mix kfc flour then fry till crispy about 1 minute
3. drain on paper towel and serve
4. add balsamic vinegar to tomato sauce and serve as dipping
