In these parts of the world, a vegetarian Thukpa is the staple food for me. It is a noodle soup with few vegetables thrown in, along with lots of garlic. Step to make Vegetarian thali:
  1. First wash the cauliflower in warm water

  3. Add boiled potatoes and all the spices and garam masala again cover for 3-4
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves
  5. For dhokla
  6. Soak daal for 4-5 hrs then coarsely grind the dal
  7. Now cover the batter for 6-7 hrs for ferment then add 1 tbsp of oil, salt and eno mix well
  8. Now take a thali grease it with oil and add the batter now steam for 10 Cool the dhokla and cut it into pieces
  9. Now take a pan add 3 tbsp of ground nut oil and add seasame seeds curry leaves, sarso seeds lets crackle them then add red chilli powder and salt add dhokla
  10. Mix all the things very well and add coriander leaves

Items on the thali are chavli usal, khamang kakdi, alu vadi, chapatis, lemon pickle, dal rice (varan bhat) and rice kheer.
