The Ingredients needed to make Peri Peri Rice:
- It’s 1 cup of rice, soaked for 30 minutes
- You need 2 tbsp. of butter
- Prepare 1 of small onion, chopped
- You need 1/2 of capsicum, chopped
- Prepare 1 of small tomato, chopped
- Prepare 1/2 tsp. of roasted cumin powder
- You need 1 of fresh green / red chilli, chopped
- You need 3-4 tbsp. of nandos peri peri sauce
- You need 1 tsp. of coriander leaves, chopped (opt)
- You need 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder
- It’s to taste of salt
Step to make Peri Peri Rice:
- Cook the rice till done, drain and keep aside.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add the onion fresh chilli. Saute till translucent.
- Add the tomatoes capsicum. Saute for a minute.
- Add the sauce and mix everything well.
- Now add the rice and give it a stir.
- Add all the dry spice Combine everything well stir fry for 1-2 minute
- Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leave Serve with any grilled stuff.
