The Ingredients need to make Peri Peri Gourmet Delight:

  2. You need 5-6 of chicken drumsticks
  3. It’s 1 tsp. of lemon juice
  4. You need to taste of salt
  5. It’s 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  6. You need 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  7. It’s 2 tbsp. of peri peri sauce
  8. You need 1/3 cup of yoghurt
  9. You need 1 tbsp. of red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp. of roasted cumin powder
  11. Prepare 2 of . Peri Peri Jeera Rice (Fusion Style) -
  12. It’s 1 cup of Basmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes
  13. You need 2 tbsp. of oil
  14. You need 1 tsp. of cumin seeds
  15. You need 1 of onion, chopped
  16. You need 1 tsp. of garlic, chopped
  17. You need 2 of green chilies, slit
  18. Prepare to taste of salt
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  20. You need 4-5 tbsp. of peri peri sauce
  21. Prepare 1 tsp. of roasted coriander powder
  22. You need 2-3 tbsp. of coriander leaves, chopped
  23. You need 3 of . Peri Peri Kadhi (Fusion Style) -
  24. You need 3 tbsp. of roasted chickpea flour
  25. Prepare 1/2 cup of yoghurt
  26. You need 3 cups of water
  27. You need 1 tbsp. of oil
  28. You need 1/2 tsp. of cumin seeds
  29. You need 1/4 tsp. of asafoetida
  30. It’s to taste of salt
  31. It’s 2 tbsp. of peri peri sauce
  32. You need 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  33. You need 1 tsp. of ginger-garlic paste
  34. You need 1/2 tsp. of red chilli powder
  35. It’s 1 tsp. of coriander-cumin powder
Step to make Peri Peri Gourmet Delight:
  1. Peri Peri Grilled Chicken Drumstick - Make few slits on the chicken drumsticks and mix with all the mentioned ingredient Marinate for 4-5 hours or preferably overnight.
  2. Arrange the marinated chicken on a greased baking tray and grill for 30-35 minute Flip them midway and baste with the leftover marinade.
  3. Peri Peri Jeera Rice (Fusion Style) - Cook the rice in sufficient water till done. Drain and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and temper with cumin seed Saute for a few second
  4. Add the onion, garlic and green chilie Stir fry till light brown. Add the peri peri sauce and all the dry spice Mix everything well.
  5. Add the rice and continue to stir fry for 2 minute Add the coriander leaves and give it a stir. Switch off the flame and keep aside.
  6. Peri Peri Kadhi (Fusion Style) - Whisk together the chickpea flour, yoghurt, water and salt. Keep aside. Mix together ginger-garlic paste, peri peri sauce and all the dry spices along with some Keep aside.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and temper with the cumins seed Saute for a few seconds and then add the asafoetida, followed by the spice paste.
  8. Saute for a few seconds and then add the yoghurt mix. Bring it to a boil and simmer on a low flamer till it thickens to a desired consistency. Keep stirring at interval When done, strain it to a smooth finish. Keep aside.
  9. To serve, arrange the rice first and top it up with a grilled chicken. Pour some of the strained kadhi and you are all set to relish this yummy PERI PERI GOURMET DELIGHT.
