A delightful favorite with everyone, especially appetizing during the summer month This is my favorite easy cheesecake recipe. When I want cheesecake in a flash, I make this no-bake style.

I have done no-bake cheesecake many times in the past with other recipes and it tuned out well. I should have kept to my old recipe and not try this one. I find it to be delicious and easy to make.

The Ingredients need to make no bake cheesecake :):
  1. You need 250 ml of double cream
  2. Prepare 300 grams of cream cheese
  3. You need 150 grams of icing sugar
  4. You need 400 grams of digestive biscuits
  5. You need 100 grams of butter
  6. It’s of optional flavorings
  7. Prepare 200 grams of chocolate
  8. Prepare 50 ml of baileys

This No Bake Cheesecake is so light and creamy! Top with strawberries, chocolate, or simple whipped cream. No bake cheesecake also eliminates a lot of the worries that might keep you from making a cheesecake in the first place: Theres no need for fussy water baths or elaborate cool-down step A no-bake cheesecake takes all the stress away.

Step to make no bake cheesecake :):
  1. crush biscuits to fine crumb melt butter and mix with crumbs to form a firm mass, may need a bit more or less butter depending how crunchy you want your base. spread into a 9x13 or circular dish and refrigerate whilst continuing.
  2. soften cheese and mix in icing sugar and optional topping it adding one at this point. if you are adding anything and it made this part runnier you may need to add a few teaspoons more icing sugar until its at a smooth thick consistancy.
  3. whip cream till it forms soft peaks and then add in your cheese and fold until its mixed. dont over work it.
  4. spread your cheese mix over the base and refrigerate for minimum of two hour
  5. tuck in and enjoy )

Plus, it takes about half the time to make. Do I have to bake the crust? Whipped cream is folded into the cream cheese to provide the volume and creaminess and cheesecake need And a little sour cream and lemon juice add the necessary.
