  10. Add rice. Stir-fry them for approx. 2 minute
  11. Add 2 cup water and mix well
  12. Cover the pan and let cook on low for 15 minutes
  13. After 15 minutes – switch the heat off and let the rice rest for 10 minute
  14. Colour full rice ready
  15. When ready to serve – fluff the rice with a fork.
  16. Garnish with more fresh coriander leaves
