The Ingredients needed to make ★Camellia  Rice ball Sushi★:
  1. It’s 8 pieces of Raw Tuna(Sashimi)
  2. Prepare 8 pieces of Raw Squid (Sashimi)
  3. It’s 350 g of cooked rice (usually I use white rice)
  4. It’s 2 of table spoons of Sushi-vinegar
  5. You need 1 of egg yolk of boiled egg
Step to make ★Camellia  Rice ball Sushi★:
  1. Prepare boiled egg. Separate yolk and egg white, and strain the yolk.
  2. Make Sushi-rice!! Mix cooked rice and Sushi-vinegar. If you dont find Sushi-vinegar in Japanese shop, You can make 25cc vinegar, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1/3 teaspoon of salt. (Mix together) Today, I used Brown rice for Sushi-rice.(see photo)
  3. Make small rice ball. and set aside.
  4. Put two pieces of tuna fillet on top of the wrap, put cold vinegared rice on it, squeeze it tightly, and make a dent on the top.
  5. Put the yolk on the dented part. Make squid in the same way.
