  3. In another bowl take chilled water and keep it ready. Now take 1 piece of chicken coat in the dry mixture of maida then dip in the chilled water for 10 to 12 seconds remove it again coat with the dry mixture of maida and keep it in a plate(make sure chicken is coated well) now deep fry in oil on a medium heat on one side for about 5 mins then turn on anothr side and fry for 5 to 7 mins and its done(make sure the oil should not be on high flame).
  4. Garlic sauce - mix 5 tbsp of curd to 2 tbspn of mayonise and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder mix well! Garlic sauce is ready!.
  5. Serve kfc with garlic sauce!
