The Ingredients needed to make Shrimp and Tofu Gratinée for New Years:
  1. Prepare 8 of Shrimp
  2. Prepare 1/2 of *Egg yolk
  3. It’s 50 grams of Silken tofu
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of * Usukuchi soy sauce
  5. It’s 1 of Grated cheese
  6. It’s 1 of Panko
  7. It’s 1 of Salt and pepper
Step to make Shrimp and Tofu Gratinée for New Years:
  1. Add the * ingredients to a bowl and use a whisk to mix together until smooth. This is the sauce.
  2. Shell the shrimp but leave the tail and the joint next to the tail. Open the stomach and remove the intestines from the back. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.
  3. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper, cover with the sauce from Step 1, sprinkle on some panko and Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated 230℃ oven for 7 minute
  4. Garnish with parsley and theyre done.
