The Ingredients needed to make Chana Chicken Biryani Pulao:
- Prepare 1 and half glass of Rice soaked
- It’s 1 Pao of Chicken ( I usually use wings etc)
- Prepare 1 and half cup of Boiled chickpea
- It’s 1 of medium onion
- It’s 1 of medium tomato
- Prepare Half cup of oil
- It’s 2 of cloves
- Prepare 2 of cinnamon sticks
- It’s 3 tablespoon of biryani masala
- It’s 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
- It’s to taste of Salt
- You need of Water to boil
- You need 4-5 of alu Bukhara
- It’s 2 of Curry patta
- You need of Yellow food color
Step to make Chana Chicken Biryani Pulao:
- In a pan add oil and onion and cloves,Curry patta and cinnamon sticks and golden fry the onion then add ginger garlic paste and chicken
- Bhonify for 5 min than add little water to tender the chicken. When chicken done add tomato and all masalas and bhonify
- Then add boiled chickpea and add water (2 glass) and let it boil. When it boil add rice. Let it boil until all water dry.
- When all water dry then add pinch of yellow color. Put it on dum for 10 to 15 Chana chicken biryani Pulao is ready to eat. Serve it with raita and enjoy it.
