Gulab Jamun Cake is a decadent Indian dessert or to say Indian sweets inspired fusion cake. It is a rabdi flavoured cake, the even light and fluffy layers of cake with soft crumbs are then drenched in the sugar syrup that is scented with rose and saffron, layered with the smoothest cloud-like whipped.   3. Prepare of Egg-3(Base cake)
  4. You need of Sugar-1cup(Regular)(Base cake)
  5. It’s of Oil-3/4cup(Regular)(Base cake)
  6. You need of Milk-1/2cup(Base cake)
  7. It’s of Rabdi Essence-1tsp(Base cake)
  8. It’s of Gulab Jamun with the sugar syrup-(homemade used here)
  9. It’s of Cream-175gms(Cream Filling)
  10. You need of Icing sugar-44gms(Cream Filling)
  11. It’s of Rabdi essence-1/4tsp(Cream Filling)
  12. You need of Cream Cheese-53gms(Final Frosting)
  13. You need of Whipping Cream-225gms(Final Frosting)
  14. It’s of Icing Sugar-56gms(Final Frosting)
  15. It’s of Rabdi Essence-1/2tsp(Final Frosting)

    1. Grease the pan with the butter and put a parchment paper and dust with some flour so that the batter won’t stick to the bottom of the pan. 4. Then pour the batter in the pan and bake in a preheated oven of 350F for 35mins or till the toothpick comes out clear. 5. Once the cake is cooled. Loosen from the side Remove it and cut in 3 layer
  2. Mix all the cream filling ingredients with a hand whisker till it becomes creamy. The cream filling is ready to apply on the cake. Before any further designs, after applying the cream filling keep the cake inside the freeze for about 30mins to get chilled.
    1. Keep one layer of cake. Brush the Gulab jamun syrup on the top to make the cake juicy from inside. Then spread some Gulab jamun pieces and dry fruits in the top.Then apply the prepared cream filling. Repeat the same process for the other 2 layer Cover the whole cake with the cream filling.
  3. Prepare the final frosting by mixing the ingredients till it becomes creamy. Now the final frosting is ready to be applied on the top and outer side of the cake. Spread the final frosting over the cake and keep it in freeze for about 30min
  4. After 30 mins remove the cake from the freeze and decorate as per your wish. I have decorated with the pieces of Gulab Jamun and white chocolate in the top.
