The Ingredients needed to make Simple And Light Gujarati dinner:

  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of ghee

  13. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger chilli paste
  14. You need as needed of Whole garam masala(black pepper,elaichi,taj,laung)
  15. It’s 1/4 tsp of kasoori methi
  16. Prepare leaves of Few curry
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp of ghee
  18. You need 1 tsp of mustard seed

  23. Prepare as required of Chopped cabbage
  24. Prepare 1 of Chopped capsicum
  25. It’s 1 of green chilli
  26. You need 1 tbsp of oil
  27. It’s 1 tsp of mustard seed
  28. You need 1 tbsp of jeera
  29. You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  30. It’s 1 tsp of dhanya jeera powder
  31. Prepare to taste of Salt
Step to make Simple And Light Gujarati dinner:
  1. For khichdi
  2. Wash the rice and dal properly and soak it with 4 cups of water for 3-4 hours
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and pressure cook it for 4whistle Let the pressure cool down and then open the cooker. Your khichdi is ready.
  4. For kadi
  5. First lukewarm the curd, now add besan and water to it.
  6. Add salt and sugar and give a boil to it.
  7. Now for tadka. Take oil add whole garam masala to it and all other tadka ingredients to it and pour the tadka in kadi
  8. Your kadi is ready.
  9. For vegetable
  10. Dice all the vegetable
  11. In a kadai, do tadka and add the vegetable, let it cook with salt and turmeric powder. Later add all the remaining masala
  12. Serve khichdi with ghee,. Kadi, vegetable,. Khichya, pickle and onion
