The Ingredients need to make Mixed vegetables Sambhar:
  1. Prepare of onion
  2. It’s of potatoes
  3. You need of carrots
  4. You need of beans

  6. It’s of tamarind paste
  7. It’s of shredded coconut
  8. Prepare of Toor dal
  9. Prepare of turmeric
  10. It’s of jaggery
  11. It’s of cashews
  12. It’s of Salt
  13. It’s of rasam powder
  14. It’s of Sambhar powder
  15. Prepare of Coriander
  16. Prepare of Curry
  17. Prepare of Mustard seeds
  18. You need of urrad dal
  19. You need of jeera/cumin seeds
  20. You need of coconut oil

Andhra Style Mukkala Pulusu Recipe-Mixed Vegetable Sambar Mukkala Pulusu is a sambar made with mixed vegetables (Bottle gourd, pumpkin, drumsticks and other seasonal vegetables) tamarind pulp, jaggery and spice Serve it with Steamed Rice and Thoran of your choice. Step to make Mixed vegetables Sambhar:
  1. First of all chop all the required vegetables and boil it in instant pot (or pressure cooker for 2 - 3 whistles) for 10-12 minute
  2. Simultaneously keep half cup of tur dal + 1.5 cup of water(tur dal soaked) in instant pot for 10-12 minutes
  3. Take a pan and add a tsp of oil + mustard seeds + urrad dal + curry leaves + cumin seeds+ 1 tsp Chanadal + hing and allow it to splutter.
  4. Now add chopped onions to the same pan and sauté for 5-10 minutes
  5. In a mixer grind coconut + cashews + turmeric powder + rasam powder + sambhar powder. Grind it smooth and add it to the pan
  6. Once the tur dal is cooked allow it cool and grind it in the same mixer and add it to the same pan.
  7. Add all the boiled vegetables to the same pan and mix well. Now add salt(1 tsp)+1 cup water + jaggery + tamarind paste + coriander leaves+ 1 tsp ghee. Mix well and let it boil in medium blame for 10 to 15 minute
  8. Serve the sambhar hot with rice or roti.

Later a tempering is done of oil with mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and dry red chilie Wash and cut vegetables into cubes and keep aside. Kolmbo is a Konkani sambar with mixed vegetables and daal with the typical Konkani flavors of corinader seeds, coconut, red chillies and tamarind.
