- It’s 2 tbsp of Dhania kutta hua

- It’s 6 of Alobukhary
- You need 1 tbsp of Red pepper
- It’s 1 tsp of Jaifal jawatri powder

- You need 4 tbsp of Lemon juice

- Heat oil add onions3 and fry golden brown now add whole garam masala including kali mirch5 long 3 bari elaichi2 choti elachi2 darcheeni2 sticks tez pata2 zeera1tbsp and cook.
- Now make ginger garlic paste and add 2green chilies in it add in onions now add chicken in it and cook on high flame for 10mins until chicken changes its colour
- Now add alo bukhare in it and cook add salt chillies yoghurt and green chilies cut them half.dhnaia podina and zeera powder dhania powder chicken powder and cook you can add boiled potatoes in this stage too.cook until oil separate
- Now add cream and lemon juice in it.in another pot add water and all whole garam masala oil 2tbsp and salt and boiled
- Now add rice in it and cook for 10mins until biryani rice cooked upto 70percent strian them out.now in chicken gravy add kehwra water 2tsp fried onions sliced tomatoes and dhania podina and make rice layer repeat same
- Make dam for 20mins and dish out your special white biryani is ready.
I used white onion, but red onion or even spring onion would be perfect.
