The Ingredients need to make Super Hot, Spicy n Smokey Beef Jerky:
  1. Prepare 1.5 kg of Topside
  2. Prepare 1/8 Cup of Culture Shock Sauce (Or other XXXXHOT chilli sauce)
  3. It’s 1 Tsp of Carolina Reaper Chilli Powder
  4. You need 1/4 Cup of Smoked Paprika (aka Pimenton)
  5. Prepare 2 Cups of BBQ Sauce
  6. It’s 2 Cups of Water
Step to make Super Hot, Spicy n Smokey Beef Jerky:
  1. Cut the beef into 1cm thick slab
  2. Lay the slabs in a shallow marinading tray.
  3. Put all of the ingredients (other than the beef) into a blender mix for 30 seconds to make a spicy marinade.
  4. Cover the beef with marinade leave unrefrigerated covered for 24 hour

Refrigeration will cause the beef to contract wont absorb as much marinade.

  1. Cut into squares (you can do this prior to placing in marinating tray if you like) and lay on dehydrator tray

Dehydrate on full heat for 12 hour
