  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of gram flour

  7. You need 1/2 tsp of haldi

  13. Prepare 1 of small Onion chopped
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped

  16. Prepare 1 of green chilli chopped
  17. Prepare of Salt as per taste
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes

  20. Prepare 1/4 tsp of soda
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp of roasted crushed coriander and zeera powder

  28. It’s 4-5 of garlic
  29. It’s 1/4 cup of oil

Curry is prepared with gram flour, yogurt spices, mixed and sieved. Pakora is prepared with gram flour vegetables, mixed and deep fried in oil. Step to make Curry pakora:
  1. Roast besan half cup
  2. Mix 1 cup Dahi and 1 glass water gradually

  6. Heat oil in a pan fry pakoras,when it turns crispy golden add in curry
  7. Now heat oil in a pan for bhaggar add all bhagar ingredientwhen it turns colour to golden add this bhaggar on curry ready!!
  8. Serve with roti or rice
