The Ingredients need to make Vegetable Fried Rice:
- It’s 1/2 cup of Frozen peas thawed
- You need 1/2 cup of Frozen carrots thawed
- It’s 1 medium of Onion chopped
- Prepare 1 clove of Garlic minced
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Sesame oil
- It’s 2 of Eggs slightly beat
- You need 3 cup of Cooked white rice
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Soy sauce
Step to make Vegetable Fried Rice:
- Heat oil on medium high heat
- Add carrots, peas, onion and garlic. Stir and cook until tender. Then reduce to medium low
- Move veggies to one side and scramble eggs on the other.
- Once egg is scrambled add rice and soy sauce.
- Mix and cook until heated through
- You can add chicken, shrimp or pork if you choose.
