The Ingredients need to make Spicy Hotdog Buns:

1. You need of Large green chilies
2. It’s of Hot dogs/sausages
3. Prepare of hot dog buns
4. It’s of Mustard sauce
5. It’s of chilli sauce
6. Prepare of thousand island sauce
7. You need of Mozzarella cheese shredded
8. You need to taste of salt
9. You need of oil as required

Step to make Spicy Hotdog Buns:

1. Cut the sausages into 2 portions, lengthwise. Cut the top and end of the green chilies and de-seed them. Sprinkle salt on them. The chilies must be almost equal in length to the sausages, not too small.
2. Fill the center of the sausage with cheese and cover with the other half. Take a green chilli and fill it with the sausage. In a pan or grill, heat little oil and grill them till the chilli changes colour and cheese melt
3. Take a bun, cut it from the center, fill in with the chilli sausage and top it with chilli sauce, mustard and thousand island. Enjoy!
