The Ingredients needed to make Natto Pasta (Cabonara Style):
- It’s 100 grams of spagetthi
- You need 1 packages of Natto (Fermented soy bean)
- You need 2 of stripes of bacon
- It’s 1 of egg yolk
- Prepare 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
- You need 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of ground black pepper
- You need of chopped green onion
- You need of shredded nori seaweed
Step to make Natto Pasta (Cabonara Style):
- Cook spagetthi by direction on the package.
- Make the sauce; mix Natto, egg yolk, soy sauce, parmrsan cheese and ground black pepper together
- Slice bacon in small pieces, then cook it in frying pan on medium high heat until slightly crispy.
- Turn off the heat, add the cooked spagetthi, mixed sauce, and a tablespoon of boiling pasta water, quickly stir.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and shredded nori seaweed before serve.
