The Ingredients needed to make Veggie Curry Fried Rice:
  1. Prepare 2 cup of Chopped Organic Potato
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Chopped Organic Carrots
  3. It’s 1 cup of Chopped Organic Onion
  4. It’s 1 cup of Peeled Chopped Organic Tomato
  5. You need 3 cup of Cooked Rice
  6. You need 3 cloves of Minced Garlic
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of Curry Powder
  9. You need 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder
  10. You need of Salt and Pepper
Step to make Veggie Curry Fried Rice:
  1. Heat Olive Oil in a Large Non-stick Skillet over Medium Heat
  2. Add Garlic, Onion and sauté for 2 minutes,
  3. Add Potatoes and cook until they turn golden and crusty. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes
  4. Add curry powder, turmeric powder and stir them well
  5. Add tomato to the skillet and keep cooking for 5 minutes
  6. Add Carrots and simmer until most tomato sauce has evaporated
  7. Add rice and mix them well
  8. Add salt and pepper
  9. Ready to serve
