  15. Prepare 6 of Green chilli chopped
  16. It’s handful of Green Coriander
  17. You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds
  18. You need 1 tsp of Salt
  19. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
  20. It’s 1/4 tsp of Baking soda
  21. It’s 1 cup of Water or as required
  22. It’s of Tarka ingredients
  23. You need 1/4 cup of Oil
  24. It’s 1 small of Onion Slices
  25. It’s 3 of Garlic gloves
  26. It’s 4-5 of Whole red chillies
  27. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds
  28. Prepare 8-10 of Curry leaves

  2. Cooking time 2/1/2 hour

  4. Baisan and all ingredients mix well and make pakoray in hot oil
  5. Tarka ingredients make tarka in a hot oil
  6. After making pakoray mix in Curry. now after all steps you can see your Curry is ready now.
  7. Serve in a nice dish and decorate Curry top with tarka delicious Curry pakoray is ready to serve with boil rice
