- Mix all dried ingredients with mustard oil. Marinade Chicken for 30mins minimum.
- Half sprouts prep broccoli. Place on a roasting tray with Lemon oil.
- Seal chicken on both sides in a hot pan.
- Place onto sprouts roast in hot oven for 20-30 mins
