The Ingredients needed to make Broccoli and Chicken Soup Pasta:
- It’s 1 of Pasta (spaghetti)
- You need 1 clove of Garlic (minced)
- Prepare 1/4 of Onion (minced)
- You need 2 tbsp of Olive oil
- Prepare 3 of Broccloli (florets)
- It’s 100 grams of Ground chicken
- It’s 1 tbsp of White wine
- You need 1 tsp of Chicken soup stock (granules)
- You need 3 tbsp of Parmesan cheese
- You need 1 dash of Salt and pepper
Step to make Broccoli and Chicken Soup Pasta:
- Boil the pasta in salt water for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package.
- Sauté the garlic in the olive oil over low heat for a while.
- Stir-fry the meat and onion. Add the wine and evaporate the alcohol over high heat.
- Add the broccoli, chicken soup stock granules, and 3 ladleful of pasta cooking water, cover with a lid, then simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Mash the broccoli with a spatula, and mix in the pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
