- It’s 1/2 cup of sugar
- It’s 2 cup of self-rising flour
- Prepare 1-1/2 cup of buttermilk
- You need of Pork——————
- Prepare 1-1/2 pound of cubed pork chop
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic powder
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper

- Prepare 2 cup of grits / polenta
- Prepare 1-1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Prepare 6 cups of water
- Prepare 1 stick of butter
- It’s 6 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese I used Cabot from Vermont
- You need of Tomato gravy—————–
- Prepare 2/3 teaspoon of salt
- It’s 15 ounce of can diced tomatoes
- It’s 2 tablespoons of flour
- You need 2/3 of medium diced onion
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic powder
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Prepare of Extras——-–———–
- Prepare 7 slices of biscuit ham/ Canadian bacon
- Prepare To taste of syrup for pancakes
- It’s 8 of large eggs
Step to make Southern Breakfast for Dinner:
- Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix the salt flour buttermilk and oil and form a giant dough ball
- Grease and flour a heated skillet
- Form 7 biscuits and put into the skillet. Put into oven for 15 minute When done set aside with a towel on top.
- Boil the water add the grits as its boiling stirring constantly leave NO lumps

- Mix the buttermilk, flour, and sugar make a batter pour on the hot skillet and cook them as you would regular pancake These will be small ones
- Heat the Canadian bacon. Cook the eggs I scrambled these.
