The Ingredients need to make Dinnertime Okara Scones:
  1. Prepare 70 grams of *Fresh okara
  2. You need 30 grams of *Cake flour
  3. You need 100 grams of *Bread (strong) flour
  4. It’s 5 grams of *Baking powder
  5. It’s 30 grams of Salted butter
  6. It’s 20 grams of △Sugar (I used beet sugar)
  7. It’s 1 of △Egg
  8. It’s 40 of to 50 grams ※ 90 to 100 grams combined with with the egg △Soy milk
Step to make Dinnertime Okara Scones:
