- It’s 1/4 Cup of Coriander

- Prepare 5 of Green chillies
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Coriander Powder
- Prepare to taste of Salt
- Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Garam Masala
- You need 1/2 Tsp of Cumin Powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil
- It’s 1 tsp of Besan
- You need 1/2 tsp of Black Salt
- You need 1/2 of Lemon
- You need 1 of Onion chopped finely
Step to make Chicken Sheekh Kebab

- First in a mixie Jar add Mint,Coriander leaves,ginger Garlic,Chillies,cumin seed,Fennel seed,lemon juice,Salt add just one clove and small inch of cinnamon (optional)Mix all this together donot add water but if it’s not grinding to paste add some oil and grind them.
- Mash the Minced chicken well then add the green paste mix well first so let the spice marinate into the mice,turmeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder,garam masala,cumin powder,black salt,Lemon juice,besan,Onion mix well together
- Keep for while marinating. Put the skewer in water before grilling for 20 Then add the mince in skewer and grill them to perfection. Once done serve them with yogurt mint sauce and crisp onion and lemon.
