The Ingredients needed to make Broccoli Christmas Tree:

  2. You need 2 medium of Potatoes
  3. Prepare 100 ml of Milk
  4. Prepare 15 grams of Butter
  5. You need 2 tsp of Soup stock granules (Consomme bouillon powder)
  6. You need 1/3 tsp of Garam Masala
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric
  8. It’s 1 dash of (to taste) Nutmeg
  9. You need 1 dash of Pepper
  10. It’s 1 dash of Salt
  11. You need of <Decoration>
  12. You need 2 head of Broccoli
  13. It’s 1/4 of Yellow bell pepper
  14. It’s 1 of Radish
  15. You need 1 slice of Ham
  16. Prepare 1 of Grated cheese
Step to make Broccoli Christmas Tree:
  1. Boil or microwave the potatoes, then peel and mash.
  2. Combine the mashed potato ingredients into a saucepan and stir while cooking over low heat. When the moisture has more or less evaporated and the texture is firm enough to handle, season with salt and pepper and let it cool.
  3. Pile the mashed potato on a plate, and stick pieces of broccoli boiled in salt Decorate as you like.
