1. Prepare of Dark chocolate
2. You need of Eggs
3. It’s of Milk
4. It’s of Granulated sugar
5. You need of Chocolate pen
6. It’s of Whipped cream
7. You need of Pure cocoa

Step to make Rich Chocolate Pudding for Valentines Day:

1. Preheat the oven to 160℃. Chop the chocolate into small piece
2. Put the eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
3. Put the milk in a pot and heat until just before boiling. Add the broken up chocolate pieces and mix well.
4. Add Step 3 to Step 2 and mix well. Strain.
5. Pour Step 4 into containers and arrange on a baking sheet. Fill the baking sheet 70% with hot water and steam-bake in an oven at 160℃ for 25~30 minute Let cool.
6. Chill in the refrigerator, then garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder. Add your favorite topping
